STEP 1: First user need to go official website for prime minister’s employment generation programme (pmegp) or which is also known as the pradhan mantri rozgar srijan yojana https://kviconline.gov.in/pmegpeportal/jsp/SchemeFaqApplicant.html, at home page click on following links;
Guidelines for Filling the Online PMEGP Application
|1)||Aadhaar Number : 12 digit Aadhar number of the applicant should be filled in.|
|(2)||Name of Applicant: (i) Select prefix of name from the list, (ii) The applicant should fill his/her name exactly as it appears in the Aadhaar Card. In case of any mismatch in the name entered, the applicant will not be able to fill the form further.|
|(3)||Sponsoring Agency: Select Agency (KVIC, KVIB, and DIC) in which you want to submit the application form.|
|(4)||State: Select State from the list.|
|(5)||District : Select District from the list|
|(6)||Sponsoring Office : Select Office from the list|
|(7)||Legal Type: This Form is pertaining to Individual Applicant.|
|(8)||Gender : Select Gender (i.e. Male, Female, Transgender)|
|(9)||Date of Birth: (i) Date of Birth must be fill in the format of (DD-MM-YYYY) e.g. 15-12-1991. (ii) Age: Age should not less than 18 years. As soon as Date of Birth is entered the age will calculate dynamically.|
|(10)||Social Category : Select Social Category of the applicant from the list (i.e. General, Other Backward Caste, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Minority)
Special Category : Select Special Category from the list (i.e. Ex-serviceman, Physically Challenged, Hill Border Area, North East Area)
|11)||Qualification : Select qualification from the list (i.e. 8th Pass, Under 8th, 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Graduate, Post Graduate, PHD, Diploma)|
|(12)||Address for Communication: The Applicant should fill the complete postal address of the applicant including State, District, Pin Code, Mobile No., Email and PAN No.|
|(13)||Unit Location : Select Unit Location (i.e. Rural OR Urban)|
|(14)||Proposed Unit Address : The Applicant should fill the complete Unit address of the unit including Taluka, District, Pin Code (If Unit Address is same as Communication Address then click on communication Address to Unit Address)|
|(15)||Type of Activity : Select from the activity list (i.e. Service or Manufacturing)|
|(16)||Name of the Activity: (i) Industry: Select Industry from the List of Industry (ii) Product Description: Type the specific product description.|
|(17)||Whether EDP Training Undergone: Select Yes Or No from the List.|
|(18)||Training Institute’s Name: If EDP Training Undergone YES, enter Training Institute Name in detail.|
|(19)||Loan Required: (i) Capital Expenditure: Enter CE loan as proposed in the DPR in rupees. (ii) Working Capital: Enter WC loan as proposed in the DPR in rupees. (iii) Total Loan: The total loan will be calculated by the system automatically.|
|(20)||Bank Details: (i) Enter IFSC code (ii) if IFSC code is not known then click on GET IFSC CODE button and select correct IFSC Code of Financing Bank. (iii) Enter optional Bank IFSC code.|
|(21)||2nd Financial Bank : Enter IFS Code of the 2nd Financing Branch which is optional|
STEP 2: After entering all necessary information in the appropriate field Click On “Save Applicant Data” button to Save the Details.
STEP 3: After “Save Applicant Data”, you need to upload documents for final submission of application.
STEP 4: After Final Submission of Application, Applicant ID and password will be sent to your registered Mobile No.

“KVIC Online” term basically use for Khadi Institutions Registration and certification sewa. Guidelines for Khadi Institutions Registration
- FILLING OF ONLINE APPLICATION:
The online application can be accessed with kviconline website “www.kviconline.gov.in” and click on “khadi institutions registration and certification sewa (kircs)” listed at sr. no. 16.
- PROCEDURE TO FILL UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
Procedure to fill up khadi online application registration is simple, once visiting the above link, now click to “Online Registration of Khadi Institutions” after clicking link user now can see the details page, entering all information and saved application form before it is submitted. Username and password will be sent to their registered mobile number and email Id for re-login in to the system for uploading the documents and final submission. An acknowledgement letter will also be generated and will be sent to the registered email ID.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR REGISTRATION OF NEW KHADI INSTITUTIONS:
- Should be registered under the Co-op.Society/Trust/Regd.Institution/Firm and company/Any other under prevailing Act.
- Should have work space for carrying out spinning and weaving activities.
- Should furnish the Undertaking in the prescribed format specified at Annexure-2 on the non-judicial Stamp paper of Rs. 100/-
- Should furnish NOC from State Khadi and V.I.Board in case the institution already registered under state KVIB and wish to register with KVIC.
- Should have Minimum 25 Charkhas and 5 looms to start the Khadi activities.
- Should furnish the list of 25 spinners, 5 weavers and 2 supervisors as per the format given at Annexure 1
- The Institutions already having adequate infrastructure as required by KVIC and already carrying out spinning and weaving activities without registration under KVIC/KVIB are also eligible to apply for registration.
4. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
- Copy of the Registration Certificate under the Society Act/ Trust Act/ /Firm and company Act and or under any other prevailing Act.
- Copy of the Resolution of the institution for registration with KVIC.
- Copy of self-attested by laws of the Institution.
- List of current Managing committee/Trusties/Directors as the case May be.
- Details about Common building/work place from where the activity is proposed and or is already doing.
- Details of procurement of Charkhas and looms, if already purchased, indicating the date of purchase.
- annexure- 1 and Annexure-2.
- NOC from State Khadi and V.I.Board (if applicable)
- PROCESS OF REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATION:
Once online application filled and collected all the requirements, the concerned State / Divisional Offices of KVIC shall examine and the proposal and will also conduct the physical verification of the institution within 15 days. The State /Divisional Offices will recommend the proposal to Zonal Dy. CEO of the respective Zone, after the verification of all the requisite conditions by the institution for registration.
The Directorate of Khadi, KVIC, Mumbai will process the CoR and approve Khadi Certificate. After approval, a Certificate of Registration (CoR) will be generated online which can be downloaded by the applicant Institution.
- REGISTRATION FEE:
Khadi Certificate registration fee of Rs.15, 000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousands only)
The Registration fee will be accepted through RTGS in the A/c no.30693240188, state \bank of India , Ville Parle (W) Branch ,IFS code SBIN0000515.
The fee can also be paid by way of demand Draft on a Natoinalised bank in favour of the ”Chief Executive Officer, KVIC” ‘payable at Mumbai.
